Commissioning Checks

Prior to operation of your new , make the following checks:

• Examine the Sidelifter, checking that the specification is as ordered.
• Check all exposed equipment, has not been damaged during the delivery journey.
• If the battery and night work lamps have been stowed in the toolbox for security purposes during shipping, then these need to be fitted. Ensure that the battery has sufficient electrolyte and is fitted with negative terminal to earth.
• Check tractor unit electrical coupling and layout compatibility.
• Hydraulic oil level should be between "Min" and "Max" levels as indicated on the hydraulic reservoir sight glass with all crane lifting modules fully stowed.
