Grease all Pivot Points, Slides and ram bearings weekly or more frequently if the machine is operating on double shift or extremely dusty conditions.
Check chains, shackles and Lifting Lugs daily for wear or damage.
The hydraulic Cylinders should be checked weekly with all rams fully extended to ensure that no damage has occurred on the piston rods and that the hydraulic seals are holding.

Do not use steam cleaners on or near hydraulic cylinder shafts as this can cause damage to the chromed surface of these rods. |
