Version 1

Fault Description:

Unable to get required pressure of 4000psi when Low speed mode is selected in Arms. Pressure reading being recorded is 2000psi.

It has been found that this described fault can occur in any age of equipment due to contamination in the hydraulic oil.

Contamination can exist in any system for many reasons yet regular service can reduce this risk.

For more Details refer to Service Schedule Sidelifter Service Info G0002 .

Fault Correction:

For identification of High Speed block valves refer to Sidelifter Service Info H0009 Hydraforce or H0015 Integrated.

On High Speed Block identify Load Sense Relief valve and remove, once removed clean by blowing with compressed air to insure that no contamination on set face of valve.

Then install Load Sense Valve in High-Speed block and test pressure in Low Speed.

System pressure in Low Speed now should obtain 4000psi when tested.

SBnote

You may need to clean the Load Sense Valve again if pressure reading is still 2000psi when retested.
