TB0075 Introduction of New Bracket for Coolant Overflow Tank

Description

The radiator mounted coolant overflow tank bracket has been superseded by a smaller, cylinder block mounted version (S1-40402) – shown red below.

Models and Markets

This will be incorporated on all new sidelifters with standard Kubota V2403-M power packs (both side & centrally mounted engines). Turbo power packs will not have this bracket.

BOM

S1-40402 replaces S1-37975 on all V2403-M power pack BOMs

Backward Compatability

This new bracket can be fitted on all V2203 and V2403-M power packs in service.

Use Instructions

Secure on top of cylinder block as shown using 2 off M10x20 long hex head bolts and suitable spring washers. Ensure 3 fixings are used to secure the coolant tanks integrated bracket to new mounting bracket to minimise vibration.

Benefits and Advantages to Change

The new bracket will greatly reduce vibration in the coolant tank when the sidelifter is on the road and will therefore reduce likelihood of failure
