TB0055 New Radiator Overflow Tank for Kubota Power Packs

We are now fitting a radiator overflow tank to all Kubota engines

New Part/Kit information:

S1-37530 Bracket has been added to all Engine Kits

Backward Compatibility:

Can be fitted to any older engines - instructions are in Service Info K0004.

Use Instructions:

Fill radiator as normal then fill overflow tank to approx ¼ full. It is meant more as a overflow spillage control rather than a means of topping-up.

Benefits and Advantages to Change:

Prevents spillage of chemical, therefore environmentally positive

The radiator is always completely full which prevents entrance of air into the cooling system

Any coolant overflow due to heat expansion is transferred to the coolant recovery tank and returns to the radiator when the temperature lowers. This eliminates coolant waste and the need to add coolant periodically.

Coolant is replenished to the coolant recover tank only. Maintenance can be done easily if coolant level is visible.
