Due to the ECU unit changing from VCS to VCS 2, the ABS kits have been upgraded.
The new ABS kits do not contain brake boosters like the previous kits. This improves the accuracy of the BOM as there are more variations in the combination of parts than the previous kit allowed for.
The ABS section has now been updated in the Bom builder. It requires the picking of an ABS kit (dependent on chassis type and functions it has) and a brake booster kit. Along with this change the mounting bracket for the ECU unit has been changed.
All units with ABS brake systems are affected as of SB7608.
This change is not backwardly compatible and VCS1 is no longer available. If it becomes necessary to replace the VCS1 ECU on an existing unit, it will require an upgrade to VCS2.
