TB0039 Replacement of L-pin on SB361/SB401

The L-pin on SB361/SB401 has been changed from the square head type which is retained by a circlip, to retaining screw type. The first new L-pins appeared on the SB7652 (E-20). The pins are not completely interchangable as a minor mod has to be carried out on the stabilizer housing, S8-33181.
