The jumper is manufactured from two seperate pieces. The metal insert is simply pushed into the plastic housing.

These two jumpers are essential to Can Bus operation, they are located in the rear junction box which contains the LCD screen.

On one occasion the metal insert has pushed up in the plastic housing when the jumper was inserted to the wago block, causing a very poor connection. Make sure that the metal insert is pushed fully down when fitting the jumper. The insert should be about 4mm inside the plastic outer. |
