S0009 Procedure for Disassembly and Assembly of MK6 Bending Leg Option

Disassembly:

1. Undo 4 retaining screws and withdraw item 4 from item 2. Take care to support energy chain.
2. Release item 3 from item 4.
3. Remove pin K and slide out item 5 assembly and secure with a crane to prevent item 5 from falling to the ground.
4. Release item 3 from item 5 and slide hoses out of energy chain.
5. Remove pin "P" securing item 6.
6. Slide assembly forward and rotate to expose pin "M". Undo grub screw and remove pin Y.
7. Remove item 7 by partially retracting item 6 and rotate ankle to clear item 5.
8. Extract item 6 and 8 from item 5. Note this must be removed out of P pin end of item 5.
9. Remove hoses from hydraulic cylinder assembly (item 6). Note position of hose securing ties

Reassembly:

1. Fit hoses to hydraulic cylinder assembly (item 6) and secure with ties as noted in disassembly 9. above
2. Fit item 6 into opposite end to "K" pin of item 5.
3. Fit item 7 to item 5 and secure with pin "M". Tighten grub screw
4. Fit pin "P" securing item 6 cylinder.
5. Slide hoses from item "6" through energy chain item 3 and secure one end of item 3 to item 5.
6. Offer up item 5 assembly to item 2 and slide inwards until item 3 protrudes out of the rear of item 2.
7. Align hoses and secure item 4 to item 3 and carefully slide item 4 into item 2. Secure with four screws to item 2.
