H0026 High Speed Unloader Valve Fault

If the Sidelifter is showing a loss of hydraulic pressure e.g. high speed setting is moving really slowly, it may be a fault in the High Speed Unloader Valve.

1. Remove the key from the ignition
2. Place a catch tray under the high speed unloader for oil spillage
3. Remove the L/S (Load Sense) Relief, undo the lock nut and wind out the relief screw. Blow the valve out with compressed air. Re fit L/S Relief valve.
4. Remove the L/S (Load Sense) Shutoff valve, with a small screwdriver or similar tool, place screwdriver in the end of the valve and push open the shuttle valve and at the same time blow with compressed air. Re fit the L/S Shut off valve.
5. Ensure all fittings are tight and coils, plugs etc re connected.
6. Start engine and check for pressure in HIGH speed at the gauge mounted on the rear Module, by bottoming out any cylinder. Shut off the engine and return to the L/S Relief valve. Wind the adjustment screw clockwise two full turns and re check the pressure in High Speed. Continue with this procedure until the pressure on the gauge shows 2200 psi.
7. After following the above steps, if the pressure has not returned to High or Low speeds then the Main Relief in the Left Hand Module (viewed from side of lift) will need to be undone (turn anti clockwise) 7 full turns and the engine started. With the engine running operate both joysticks in the Legs Extend position for 15 seconds. After this time re set the Main Relief buy winding clockwise 7 full turns. 
8. Check for hydraulic pressure in High Speed, should now be 2200 psi
9. Switch to Low Speed and Arms function, check pressure is now 4200 psi.
